Peeler Farms raises some of the finest beef on Earth. Pasture raised Texas Wagyu beef finished on either local non gmo grain or only grass, the beef is deilicious and ethically raised. We source flour from the mill for retail as well as for out house made breads and pasta. We also feature their whole grains in a variety of menu items. Dean & Peeler is an Angus Beef ranch and a Butcher Shop and Market in Floresville, TX. We purchase the majority of our Angus Beef from them. Dutchman's Market offers harvest services for small ranches int he Texas Hill Country. they process pork and lamb from several ranches, including Peaceful Pork. We purchase a wide variety of local produce and dairy from Farm to Table.
