Longhorn Beef raised naturally. Dorper Lamb 100% grass fed & finished. Rambler Sparkling Water. Local, Sustainable, Committed to Conservation. So refreshing. Dos Lunas Artisan Cheeses, a great variety offered at Boggy Creek Farm Stand. Organic, soy-free eggs. Hens enjoy nutrient-dense pasture grasses, plants and insects all day w/ Organic, Soy-Free feed, milled on site. BCF sources this feed for their hens too. Beef, Chicken and Eggs. Forage crops are planted for robust diet leading to delicious and nutrient dense Grass Fed Beef. Hens are free-ranging, eating bugs, worms, grasses & crops. Jill and Ward Taylor are farmers and ranchers. We source our pork from them. Their animals are treated with respect and humanely handled. They are pastured and supplemented with Non-GMO, soy-free feed. Amazing honey from Two Hives. The honey from hives all over the city of Austin is harvested in small batches from these micro apiaries. "Low-Temp Pasteurized" A2 milk and cheeses that resemble the good old days when the milk man used to deliver to your door.

Chef Todd may be seen shopping the farmstand from time to time for the freshest veggies; sourcing with the best in mind . A great partner in supporting the community. Chef Eric Polzer was one of the first Chefs to source fresh, seasonal produce directly from the BCF Farmstand and continues to do so every week; quality throughout. Chef Kevin picks up seasonal, fresh vegetables from the farmstand every week; always sourcing his menus with the best ingredients. Chefs from Hestia can be seen from time to time shopping the farmstand for the freshest of veggies. Chef Fiore may be seen foraging at the BCF Farmstand, ensuring the freshest ingredients in his thoughtfully sourced dishes. Chef Jesse regularly sources a variety of seasonal, fresh produce from the farm. A partner in fundraising events, Jesse has done a beautiful job catering small events at Boggy Creek Farm, creating menus based on what the farm has in season. Multiple times per week Chef Tracy may be seen picking out hyper-fresh produce for her exquisite dinners.
